Our Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated out of 1.4.5 / 1.5.5 mm thickness MS sheet. The silent canopy shall be of nut bolt type construction. Powder coating is done after surface treatment process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of foam as acoustic material. Hinged doors shall be provided to canopy, one door shall have glass window for control panel.
The enclosure surface shall be suitably treated for surface treatment & High quality powder coating treatment/paint shall be used.
Base frame is fabricated either in ISMCC channel or in sheet metal. The base frame will be primer coated and painted. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and alternator coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM.
Fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet and is available in the silent soundproof canopies. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet and outlet connections.
Residential Silencer shall be provided to suppress exhaust noise from the engine.
The average sound level, when measured in field condition (ISO 3744 OR 8528 PT 10) at 10‐meter distance from all four sides shall be less than 75‐dBAaverages or as per CPCB norms. Fabrications of canopies are on CNCC‐operated AMADPA (Japan) Turret Punch Press AC255NT for a repeat dimensional accuracy of + 0.1mm.
All sheet metal are processed further on AMADPA (Japan) Press Brake for accurate bending. All fabricated parts are pre‐treated under 11 tanks process and powder coated on automatic powder‐coating plant for the longevity of the color & finish.
Foam/resin bonded rock wool which is non-igniting and noise reduction in nature and is used to provide acoustic insulation. These are properly clamped to all the doors, roof and sides to absorb the noise.
An absorption type non-resistance residential silencer which is insulated from inside with glass wool, is provided to suppress exhaust noise from the engine.
Specially designed ventilation system with axial blower Vibration Insulation
